GORLESTON FIBROMYALGIA & CHRONIC PAIN SUPPORT GROUP

A peer support group offering support to individuals diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and/or other comparable chronic pain/fatigue conditions within the East Norfolk and North-East Suffolk area. Our goal is to provide a relaxed and safe space where people can share & discuss their experiences of living with a chronic illness. Meetings held in on the second Tuesday of every month from 11:30am to 1:30pm at The Carnegie Room within the Gorleston Library, Lowestoft Road, NR31 6SG. GREAT YARMOUTH & GORLESTON MEMORY CLUB

Meets Mondays from 10.00am-2.00pm at All Saints’ Parish Hall, Scratby for those in the early stages of dementia or due to bereavement or other circumstances find themselves socially isolated. Referrals are accepted from Doctors, Social Services, Housing Associations or relatives. Small charge includes lunch. New volunteers and members most welcome. MARTHAM LIBRARY BEREAVEMENT CAFE

A time and place to meet and have a cuppa and chat with others who are bereaved. No need to book, just drop in to the library every Friday from 12.30-2.00pm.

VISION NORFOLK

Celebrating 220 years om 2025, from our humble beginnings in 1805. We are the 5th oldest sight loss charity in the UK. Those with sight loss have the opportunity to join our coffee mornings (see page 71) to socialise, discuss ways to live with sight loss and understand the help available. All are welcome, carers and family members too.
