GREAT YARMOUTH & GORLESTON MEMORY CLUB 
Meets Mondays from 1-0.00am-2.00pm at All Saints’ Parish Hall, Scratby for those in the early stages of dementia or due to bereavement or other circumstances find themselves socially isolated. Referrals are accepted from Doctors, Social Services, Housing Associations or relatives. Small charge includes lunch. New volunteers and members most welcome. MARTHAM SOLO GROUP
Helping up pick up the pieces after bereavement. Meet and talk to others that have been through the same emotions, find friends and company, and other groups or activities. We meet every 4th Wednesday of the month at Martham Methodist Church back room. All welcome 2.00pm. Contact Lynn at Murrant Family Funerals on 01493 748613.

SALLY ANN’S MEMORY CAFE
We offer support, information and a listening ear to those who give unpaid care to a family member, friend or neighbour because of illness, disability, frailty or mental health problems. You will be given a warm welcome. £1 entry plus £1 per person to cover a cup of tea/coffee and biscuits and a raffle ticket.
